Product Description

LS-1200K is a dual-function automatic grooving machine. It is able to grooving the thin paper (250-600 gsm) and Cardboard (0.8-2.5mm). The working speed at 35m/min. It able to grooving 8 slots at a time. If need add more v-slots baldes. It is available to add to 12 v-slots balde seats. Grooving angle of V-slots at 80-140 degree.
It has applied conveyor to feeding the paper to the grooving area, Three section ensure it is easier to feeding the thin paper. Applied single alligning system, no need changing when meet different size and unique shape. Only require the left side is straight.
Grooving araea has equipped with 8 high accuracy blade seats. Making the setting more easier and more accurate. After grooving, finished product will be deliver to the front side. Waste material will be collected in the back side.
This machine is popular in the carton paper packaging.
