Product Description

LS-1200S Automatic Digital Carton Paper Grooving Machine is special design for thin paper grooving with high accuracy and easy operation. It is able to grooving the thin paper (250-600 gsm) and Cardboard (0.8-2.5mm). The working speed at 35m/min Grooving angle of V-slots at 80-120 degree.
It has applied conveyor to feeding the paper to the grooving area, Three section ensure it is easier to feeding thin paper as it has higher friction. Applied single alligning system, no need changing when meet different size and unique shape. Only require the left side is straight.
Grooving araea has equipped with 8 high accuracy blade seats. Each blade position will be show on the touch screen. So that operator can adjust grooving position accordingly. Which make the setting more easier and more accurate. After grooving, finished product will be delivered to the front side. Waste material will be collected in the back side.
This machine is popular in the carton paper packaging.
